I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you, Neil and the rest of the team for the work you did on our garden. It is so beautiful and I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. I was at work for much of the time and it was exciting to come home each day and see the progress. I was blown away when the plants started going in as I hadn’t really known what to expect. It truly was an emotional moment seeing it. I don’t think I expected such a huge and varied display. I asked for a wildlife haven and grown-up garden, and that’s exactly what I got. The front garden is sophisticated, pretty and should be more manageable than before, and I love the mix of stones, gravel and the cute plants.
From the moment I found your website and looked at your gallery, I decided this was the kind of look I wanted, and when you made your first visit to us, I felt like you understood exactly where I was coming from. Six months seemed an eternity when I was sitting here in anticipation, but it was definitely worth the wait.
I cannot fault the quality, workmanship and attention to detail. Everything is neat and well made, and the finish on everything is superior to anything I expected, including the details such as the trellis, drain covers and so on. The repair to the fence was so good I couldn’t even tell where the broken panels had been. The guys were also very accommodating in doing the extra fence repair when we found the original posts had rotted away.
Neil and the team were so friendly and worked so hard in the sweltering heat, and we were impressed with the whole project management which seemed exceptionally smooth. I am sorry I wasn’t around on the day that you came, but perhaps I will be able to thank you in person when you come back to take photos. I would happily recommend you all to anyone.
